Full name: Think globally, act locally – international partnership for effective social entrepreneurship education

The main goal of the project is to increase the effectiveness of adult education conducted by partner organizations
in the field of social entrepreneurship.
The specific goals are:
– to increase the effectiveness of training courses of partner organizations in the area of social entrepreneurship;
– to increase the effectiveness of support paths for adults at risk of social exclusion and more effective socioprofessional
activation of adult participants of training courses of partner organizations;
– to increase the effectiveness of teaching of partner organizations in the area of key competence:
entrepreneurship;
– to increase the effectiveness of teaching in the use of ecological solutions in social entrepreneurship;
– to learn and implement good foreign practices in the field of teaching methods and organizational solutions in
adult education;
– strengthening the capacity of partner organizations through the development of informal training courses for
adults at risk of exclusion;
– to increase the coaching competences of trainers participating in the project;
– to increase the competences of the staff who organize training and advisory support in partner organizations;
– to increase the organization’s competences in implementing sustainable development assumptions (to develop a
baseline organizational development plan in this area).

ADDED VALUE:
– strengthening international cooperation between partners for the development of social entrepreneurship;
– gaining experience in a European project by organizations with less international experience;
– more effective promotion of social entrepreneurship in the local environment;
– increase of teamwork skills;
– broadening the thinking horizons of project participants;
– better identification of the organization’s strengths and weaknesses.

The project’s objectives focus on the horizontal priority INCLUSION AND DIVERSITY through
strengthening the educational capacity of partner organizations for informal education of adults at risk
social exclusion and the development of social entrepreneurship, which combines business goals with social
activities.

Partners will focus on adult education in the field of social entrepreneurship and effective education of people
at risk of poverty and social exclusion and on ecological education in social entrepreneurship
(horizontal priority: ENVIRONMENT AND FIGHT AGAINST CLIMATE CHANGE; Topic: Ecological skills).

Project partners will develop a base plan for the sustainable development of the organization. Extra priority with
which the project results will be combined is: CREATING UPSKILLING PATHWAYS, IMPROVING
ACCESSIBILITY AND INCREASING TAKE-UP OF ADULT EDUCATION by improving the training competences
of partner organizations, creating model support pathways, promotion of social entrepreneurship and education in
this area.
