The project aims to extend the lifecycle of particle boards and add value to plastic waste. Through production processes and design, Mowall seeks to maximize the usability of these materials and minimize their environmental impact.

The modern work environment is undergoing significant transformations. Therise of coworking spaces, reduced office footprints, and a growing need formodular and flexible solutions in interior design drive the demand for productslike Mowall. In the European Union alone, there are approximately 6,850 coworking spaces and over 900 exhibitions annually on 6,7 million m2.
The Mowall project stands at the forefront of sustainable and eco-friendly solutions for modern workspaces. We will be able to offer an innovative product that saves natural resources, reduces CO2 emission, and extends theLC of particle board and plastic waste.
By optimizing and innovating productsmade from recycled materials, the project contributes to reducing environmental impact and fostering a circular economy. Mowall has the potential to revolutionize the way we view modular construction, emphasizing the importance of social inclusivity and environmental consciousness in the business landscape.

WASTE PARTICLE BOARDS
Europe disposes more than 8 biliones T of furniture annually. The project aims to extend the lifecycle of particle boards and add value to plastic waste.
In today’s world, the need for sustainable and eco-friendly solutions is more critical than ever. The Mowall project, a collaboration to enhance and optimize products made from second-life materials, aims to launch an innovative and visually pleasing modular system called “Mowall”.

DEVELOPMENT AND OPTIMIZATION OFRECYCLED MATERIALS
Mowall aims to create modules using recycled particle boards and plastic scraps. By transforming materials that would otherwise be wasted or discarded, the project reduces CO2 emissions and contributes to a more sustainable future.

ECO-DESIGN AND TRACEABILITY
Mowall boosts a strong eco-design focus with traceability, ensuring customers know the origins and environmental impact of the materials used in production.

REVERSE LOGISTICS AND IMPACT MEASUREMENT
The project incorporates reversed logistics to efficiently manage the end-of-life cycle of Mowall modules, minimizing waste and maximizing recycling potential. Additionally, impact measurement tools provide valuableinsights into the product’s environmentalcontributions.
The Mowall project prioritizes social inclusionby creating job opportunities for disabledindividuals and offering training for people withlimited opportunities.
